Services Description

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the service agreement. Zylo System retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-Party Services
Some services may require the use of third-party platforms, tools, or providers (such as payment processors, hosting providers, or advertising platforms). Zylo System is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
Zylo System’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Refund eligibility upon termination is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
